Financial Policy and Insurance Information
We deliver superior care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment of the patient’s estimated portion is due at the time service is rendered. Before we begin any treatment, we will discuss an estimate with you and each of your available payment options, so that you can make the best decision possible. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit and credit cards (VISA,Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
For those who desire a payment plan or a financing option, we have an agreement with CareCredit® and Cherry®. Arrangements for CareCredit and Cherry should be made prior to your appointment.

If you have dental insurance, we will file all insurance forms to help you receive the full benefits of your coverage. Our team is knowledgeable about insurance, and will help you understand how much coverage is anticipated from your insurance carrier. It takes most insurance companies four to six weeks to respond to the claim. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.
